Went in to purchase something for my girlfriend, but was ignored by staff because I am male. Overall poor customer service.

I bought a Robert Gordon vase and Maxwell and Williams oil bottle and was very impressed with the customer service. This is the second time I have visited and so far the service is impecable. Compared to other Myer branches, this is the one branch I recommend for everyone to visit.

I have had all my bikinis made by her and I have loved each one!I live rural so am not able to get in to the city very often but she has always made it so easy for me to make an appointment to get fitted perfectly and she has always made time for me when I need any last minute alterations. An honest joy to deal with and her bikinis are all so gorgeous!Creative Bikinis is worth every star!

Yesterday morning, 3/06/23, I visited Bras and Things baldivis. Prior to arriving I called the store to query whether I was able to exchange (NOT refund) a set for a set/bra that was more supportive. From my reading of the exchange policy, it seemed this was allowable providing the garmets were still in brand new condition with tags attached. I explained I did not have the receipt as it was a gift from my mother, however, the garmets still had all tags etc; attached. Over the phone the women had said yes that wouldn’t be a problem- hence why I travelled to the centre to make the exchange. On arrival the woman’s (who I wish I had have got the name) tone had totally changed. She attempted (poorly) to interrogate me regarding this lace set making statements such as “I’m going to be ‘straight up’ with you ,someone has already tried to return this set while it was still on the hanger” “are you sure that wasn’t you? When I said no she questioned me again “are you sure?” It was as if this women really thought she could interrogate me, poor love should have gotten a job as a police officer. I asked her what she was trying to imply and she said it was simply a statement. I turned around and took my business elsewhere due to a lack of customer service skills, misguided information, a lack of knowledge on her own organisations exchange policy and general respect. I intent to make a formal complain and suggest this women receives some education in customer service skills at the very least.

Good variety. Finally a store I can use.
