Myer Karrinyup

Looks really good with the new upgrades done to the centre. Lots of different stores that are a little more upmarket! Multi deck parking is a bit scary at first visit, but we managed!

It's a very small myers. I almost never find what I want at this store because they have less stock than other stores. For myers you are better going to Carosel or Perth CBD.

Second time in approx 5 months that I've purchased dinnerware online and it has arrived destroyed in the box. Each time, the items have been woefully inadequately packaged in addition to no exterior labels indicating to the carriers that care should be taken as the items are fragile.This is an inconvenience, as I've then had to personally taken the heavy damaged items back to the store, which is what I was trying to avoid in purchasing them online in the first place.MYER needs to lift their game and take the appropriate care when packaging their online deliveries.Note: this is a general complaint to be noted by all Myer stores as the items came from Myer Booragoon in this instance and were returned to my local Myer Karrinyup.

Definitely a place to shop if you're up NOR - North of the River

There are lots of lovely things to look at. Managed to find my favourite bra. My sister-in-law and daughter were not so lucky. Daughter found a pretty dress though. Please have more cash counters to buy products as there was quite a queue.

Was told when I put a couple of items on Layby that I would be able to pay them over the phone and gave them $12 for the service! When I rang to make a payment, (after holding for over 1/2 an hour and shifted around numerous times), I was told that in the 21st century one of the largest stores in Australia wont take a payment over the phone. I was given a management number which was non existent to palm me off. Unbelievable when I can go to pretty much any small store and make a payment!

Disappointed with the service received from one of the more senior staff members in the shoe department.It was a busy Sunday, staff are under the pump and lots of customers wanting to try and buy shoes. Was lined up to purchase some shoes when said staff member told me I had to line up on the side as they had to get the other shoe and box for me. Happily obliged as I did not want to hold up the queue that had already formed.I stepped aside to the register that was closed (and literally next to the sign that said Please wait here for service") where said staff member told me to go - which was not blocking anyone serving at the open register or the pathway that staff were going in and out of to the store room.At this point the staff yelled at me for standing in the incorrect spot (basically wanted me to stand in the way of the everyone) so that it might speed up the process. I felt so embarrassed as now other customers were looking at me getting yelled at and were also confused as to why I had to stand in the way of the everyone."

It was so lovely to be out and ab again. I was in for a big surprise as I hadn't been inside since the renovations. I always enjoy my experience shopping at Myers. I had to collect some purchases I had made. It was so easy. I like the fact that Myers is spacious and easy to manoeuvre especially as I am in a wheelchair chair. I love the great variety of items there and the bargains.

ZERO rating rather negative to the beauty products department.The 30 days return or exchange policy which otherwise as per invoice is clearly indicated was not accepted due to the mere fact that the package box was opened and product tried. Well, customers tries several clothes to fit in before they buy the right size and there is no issue but the person there simply refused / denied the exchange of product which we bought @$700 plus. We felt not good enough to further discuss due to his tone in communication and therefore we simply walked off the shop.Bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it.
