My wife walked into that store today and was not even greeted. The staff just kept on chatting among themselves, had a brief look at my wife and continued with their chat. My sister had the same experience in that store previously. However, the Joondalup store has a different vibe and they feel more welcome there. My wife has decided to spend her money elsewhere.
