I bought a Robert Gordon vase and Maxwell and Williams oil bottle and was very impressed with the customer service. This is the second time I have visited and so far the service is impecable. Compared to other Myer branches, this is the one branch I recommend for everyone to visit.

Damn the sales here are an absolute steal. But the store layout is trash. Most the staff not very trusting and follow you everywhere and not let you shop in peace, not all some staff is very friendlyThe sale stands are very confusing. Some items would be on sale but would also say get another 30% off but at checkout the discounts is not appliedGood store for sale but horrible service

Had a great service from a guy named Ben who works in the Politix clothing section. He went above and beyond in his service, very friendly, helpful, and professional. Also there was a red haired lady with glasses who was the same too but I didn't catch her name.Give both these workers a raise or a promotion!!

I love this store however this day I found the staff all busy doing something else I asked a question about a product in the make-up section and the answer was very quick and the lady walked away to another store member I thought maybe I'll just order it online. Normally I find the staff ok but this day was like they had been delivered bad news or something?

Excellent staff here; especially at the cosmetics counter where a lovely Scottish Lady helped me with my Lancome product - she was a real pleasure to deal with. When I need to top up on skin products and male fragrance (Acqua di Gio) - I will make sure I come to see her again!

I've shopped here a fair bit in the last 6 months. Everytime I've gone there and need assistance, I've had to go on a hunt for a sales assistant.I've worked in retail for over a decade so I understand that you don't jump" on a customer straight away. However

Good shopping place for branded quality clothes, shoes, kitchenware and toys. Also comes with Sunglass hut at the lower floor near to billing counter.Ladies items at the ground floor, gents and toys at the first floor. Variety of products are available at their online store as well. If anything in your shopping list is at full price, it is worth waiting for a few weeks to buy as offers comes and goes frequently.

Actually found an eye-liner that stays on and does not run even after being on all day. So grateful to the assistant who recommended the Revlon so fierce eye-liner. Only $15 and well worth the money. No more panda eyes for me

Amazing customer service, couldn't have asked for better service.Liz in the fragrance section provided such amazing service and shared her knowledge with us and helped us make a decision on out diffuser.Even went above and beyond to assist with a mix up with our myer one card.This is how you treat customers and Liz is a great example of amazing service. I hope myers sees this and provides her some recognition of her amazing service
